Georgia's Zell Miller Scholarship provides merit-based tuition assistance to exceptionally high-achieving Georgia residents pursuing an undergraduate degree at an eligible public, technical, or private college or university in Georgia.

Eligibility
- Meet United States citizenship or eligible noncitizen requirements.
- Meet the applicable Georgia residency requirements.
- Be enrolled as a degree-seeking student at an eligible Georgia public, technical, or private college or university.
- Graduate from an eligible high school or accredited home study program with at least a 3.7 calculated HOPE GPA.
- Earn at least four approved academic rigor credits when required for initial eligibility.
- Earn at least a 1200 SAT score in one test administration or the current equivalent ACT composite score.
- Qualifying valedictorians and salutatorians may receive initial eligibility through the applicable alternative pathway.
- Maintain at least a 3.3 calculated postsecondary HOPE GPA at required eligibility checkpoints.
- Meet the institution's satisfactory academic progress requirements.
- Be in good standing on applicable federal and Georgia student loans, grants, and scholarships.
- Not have exceeded the maximum HOPE program award limits.

- Complete either the FAFSA or the Georgia Student Finance Application.
- Submit official SAT or ACT scores when required for eligibility verification.
- Ensure that high school transcript information is submitted for the calculated HOPE GPA.
- Provide any residency, citizenship, academic, or financial-aid documentation requested.
- Maintain academic eligibility at each required postsecondary checkpoint.
How to Apply

- 2Complete either the FAFSA or Georgia Student Finance Application.
- 3Confirm your calculated HOPE GPA through GAfutures.
- 4Confirm that GSFC has received your qualifying SAT or ACT score.
- 5Enroll in an undergraduate degree program at an eligible Georgia institution.
- 6Submit any additional documents requested by your college or GSFC.
- 7Monitor your College HOPE Profile for continued eligibility.
