Eligibility

• Be a Madelia-area student.
• Be pursuing education in radiology or laboratory science.
• High school seniors and nontraditional students may apply.
• Be accepted into a diploma or degree program at an accredited trade, associate, or baccalaureate school.
• Actively volunteer or help others.

Requirements

• Complete the Madelia Health Foundation scholarship application.
• Submit academic verification, a diploma, or transcript as applicable.
• Submit two letters of recommendation.
• Submit the required typed essay.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm Madelia-area residency and an eligible radiology or laboratory-science education path.
