Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship

The Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolled in approved non-credit workforce training programs at participating Maryland community colleges. Eligibility

  • Be a Maryland resident or Maryland high school graduate, or be an active-duty member of the United States military who is stationed in, resides in, or is domiciled in Maryland.
  • Enroll at a participating Maryland community college.
  • Enroll in an eligible non-credit Workforce Development Sequence.
  • Pursue coursework related to job preparation, registered apprenticeship, licensure or certification, or job-skill enhancement.
  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements established by the participating community college.
