Eligibility

  • Be a recent or past graduate of a high school located in Bourbon County, Kansas.
  • Attend or plan to attend an accredited institution of higher education as a full-time student.
  • Maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA when applying.
  • Enroll in at least three credit hours each semester studying American History or American Studies.
  • Previous applicants and previous recipients may reapply.

Requirements

  • Complete the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas General Scholarship Application.
  • Maintain full-time enrollment of at least 12 credit hours each semester.
  • Maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative college GPA after receiving the scholarship.
  • Provide enrollment verification before scholarship disbursement.
