West Community Credit Union Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior.
• Plan to attend an accredited college, university, career school, or trade school.
• The applicant and/or the applicant's parent must be a member of West Community Credit Union.
• West Community Credit Union staff, volunteers, and their family members are not eligible.
• Applicants may not receive another West Community Credit Union scholarship during the same scholarship cycle.

Requirements

• Complete the West Community Credit Union scholarship application.
• Provide the academic information required by the current application.
• Provide information about extracurricular and community involvement.
• Provide information used to evaluate financial need.
• Submit the required recommendation.
• Complete the required personal essay or video response.
• Submit all required supporting materials by the published deadline.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that the applicant or a parent meets the West Community Credit Union membership requirement.
2. 2Complete the annual scholarship application after the application window opens.
3. 3Provide all required academic, financial, extracurricular, and community involvement information.
4. 4Obtain the required recommendation.
5. 5Complete the personal essay or video response required by the current application.
6. 6Submit the complete application and all required supporting materials before the published deadline.
