Eligibility

  • Be between ages 16 and 30 under the current CFSEM scholarship description.
  • Be a postsecondary student or preparing to enter postsecondary education.
  • Be the natural or adopted direct-line descendant of a qualifying Vietnam veteran.
  • Meet any additional veteran-service or family-documentation requirements established by CFSEM and VVA Detroit Chapter #9.
