Valleydictorian Skilled Careers Grant

The Valleydictorian program recognizes Montana high school seniors pursuing skilled-career pathways outside the traditional four-year college route. Valley Credit Union provides a $5,000 grant to help a selected student pursue training such as an apprenticeship, technical certification, associate degree, trade program, or other career-focused education.

Eligibility

  • Be a Montana high school senior.
  • Plan to pursue a skilled-career or career-focused education pathway.
  • Eligible pathways may include apprenticeships, technical certifications, associate-degree programs, trade education, City College programs, and similar career-focused training.
  • Be nominated through the Valleydictorian program.

Requirements

  • Receive a nomination from an eligible school educator or representative.
  • Plan to pursue an eligible skilled-career education or training pathway.
  • Complete any additional information requested through the nomination and selection process.

How to Apply
