Eligibility

  • Be a new Nevada-resident freshman applying to UNR.
  • Have at least a 3.0 unweighted high school GPA.
  • Apply without submitting ACT or SAT scores.
  • Pursue a first bachelor's degree as an in-person, full-time student.

Requirements

  • Complete UNR admission and scholarship requirements by February 15.
  • Submit the official high school transcript.
  • Understand that this award is not stackable with UNR freshman four-year scholarships or the National Merit Scholarship.
