UFirst Foundation Graduating High School Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior.
• Be a United Financial Credit Union member in good standing.
• Be accepted to a college or university.
• Plan to continue postsecondary education following high school graduation.
• Submit all required application materials by the annual deadline.

Requirements

• Complete the UFirst Foundation scholarship application.
• Submit a 200-1,000 word essay on the topic People Helping People.
• Explain how the applicant is currently making or plans to make a positive impact in their community.
• Submit enrollment or acceptance verification supporting attendance at the selected college or university.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm United Financial Credit Union membership is in good standing.
2. 2Obtain acceptance to a college or university.
3. 3Complete the UFirst Foundation scholarship application.
4. 4Write the required 200-1,000 word People Helping People essay.
5. 5Attach the required enrollment or acceptance verification.
6. 6Submit the application online, by email, by mail, or at a United Financial Credit Union location according to the current instructions.
7. 7Ensure the completed application is submitted, emailed, or postmarked by the published deadline.
