Eligibility

  • Be enrolled and attending UA–PTC at the application deadline with at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • Some awards require more than 30 completed credits or additional donor criteria.
  • International students may apply; FAFSA is not a universal eligibility requirement.

Requirements

  • Submit by October 29, 2026; late submissions are not accepted.
  • Provide an essay of at least 300 words, a UA–PTC faculty/staff recommendation, grades and the current semester’s financial-aid package.
  • New students use a mid-semester grade report; continuing students use an unofficial transcript from Workday.
  • Upload PDF, DOC or DOCX files; document photos are not accepted.
  • Recipients must upload a donor thank-you letter before funds are applied.
  • Funding applies to UA–PTC classes; an award cannot be transferred to a four-year institution.

  2. 2Complete the foundation application and upload all required files.
  3. 3Check student email for results approximately three weeks after the deadline.
  4. 4If selected, complete the thank-you requirement and review award conditions.
