Truman D. Picard Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be Native American or Alaska Native.
• Pursue education in Natural Resources, Forestry, Fire, or another qualifying natural-resource field.
• Graduating high school seniors entering qualifying programs may apply.
• College students must generally enroll full time in at least 12 credits.
• Graduate students must generally enroll in at least 6 credits.
• Preference is given to students whose studies directly involve Forest Resources management or Fire.

Requirements

• Complete the Truman D. Picard Scholarship application.
• Provide academic information and transcripts.
• Provide documentation of Native American or Alaska Native eligibility.
• Complete required written responses or essays.
• Submit all supporting materials required for the annual application cycle.
