Eligibility
- Be a dependent of a Wheat Belt Public Power District customer.
- Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate.
- Attend an eligible two-year or four-year college or university, vocational/technical school, or lineworker school.
Requirements

- Submit the required academic transcript.
