The scholarship is available to qualifying adults whose primary residence receives Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative service.

Eligibility
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an active Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative account with TWEC service for at least six months before the application deadline.
- Have either the applicant or the applicant's spouse be an active Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative member in good standing.
- Have a primary residence served by Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative.
- Be attending college for the first time, returning to complete an interrupted education, or returning to college to improve career opportunities.
- Not have previously received a Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative scholarship.
- Not be a TWEC employee or director or a child or grandchild of a TWEC employee or director.
Requirements
- Complete and sign the typed Power Up Adult Scholarship application.
- Provide the Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative account number.
- Complete the required typed short-answer responses.
- Submit a copy of the most recent college transcript if applicable.
- Provide all additional information requested on the current application.
How to Apply
- 1Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet the TWEC membership and service requirements.
- 2Confirm that your primary residence receives Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative service.
- 3Download and type the Power Up Adult Scholarship application.
- 4Complete all required short-answer responses.
- 5Gather your most recent college transcript if you have previously attended college.
- 6Include your TWEC account information.
- 7Sign the completed application.
- 8Submit or mail the application and attachments so they are postmarked by the annual deadline.
