Eligibility
- Attend one of the seven Minnesota State universities.
- Demonstrate significant leadership.
- Have an interest in a career in public service.
- Pursue an eligible state-level, federal-level, Tribal-government, or related public-service internship.
- Meet the current Students United fellowship requirements.
Requirements
- Complete the Timothy J. Penny Fellowship application.
- Provide Minnesota State university enrollment information.
- Provide information about leadership experience.
- Provide information about the planned or potential public-service internship.
- Complete all required written responses.
How to Apply
