Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior.
  • Plan to attend a four-year university or two-year junior college.
  • Have a TelComm Credit Union account open in the applicant's own name.
  • Have maintained the TelComm Credit Union account in good standing for at least one year before applying.
  • Meet all additional requirements contained in the current Jacques Sachs Scholarship application.

  • Submit the required academic transcript.
  • Submit three letters of recommendation.
