The Transportation Engineers Association of Missouri Scholarship supports nontraditional students pursuing associate's or bachelor's degrees in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or closely related fields. The program is designed for students whose educational paths may include delayed enrollment, part-time study, employment, financial independence, dependents, or completion of a GED or other equivalency credential.

Eligibility

  • Be pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or a similar field.
  • Be enrolled at a college or university in Missouri or be a Missouri resident.
  • Meet at least one characteristic of a nontraditional student as defined by the scholarship program.
  • Qualifying nontraditional characteristics may include delayed enrollment, part-time enrollment, financial independence, full-time employment while enrolled, having dependents, or earning a GED or other equivalency credential.
  • Recipients may receive the TEAM scholarship a maximum of two times.

Requirements

  • Complete the Transportation Engineers Association of Missouri scholarship application.
  • Provide information documenting the applicant's degree program.
  • Provide information demonstrating qualification as a nontraditional student.
  • Submit all supporting materials required by the current scholarship application.
