Sun River Electric High School Senior Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduating high school senior.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Have a parent or guardian who is a member of Sun River Electric Cooperative.
• Plan to attend a university, college, community college, or college of technology.
• The postsecondary institution may be located in Montana or another state.

Requirements

• Complete the Sun River Electric Cooperative scholarship application.
• Provide school and academic information.
• Have the school counselor verify the applicant's GPA and postsecondary plans.
• Submit a personal statement describing the goals you wish to attain by furthering your education.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that your parent or guardian is a Sun River Electric Cooperative member.
2. 2Complete the scholarship application.
3. 3Have your school counselor complete the academic-verification section.
4. 4Write the required personal statement about the goals you hope to achieve through further education.
5. 5Submit the complete application by February 27.
