Eligibility

  • Currently reside in Adams, Franklin, Hall, Hamilton, Kearney, Merrick, or Phelps County, Nebraska.
  • Plan to attend an accredited school and begin an accredited utility line study program.
  • Agree to complete a 12-week summer internship with Southern Public Power District in cooperation with the school attended.
