  • Attend a high school in the North Kansas City School District, Park Hill School District, Platte County R-III School District, Smithville High School, or St. Pius X High School.

  • Pursue a bachelor's degree or higher in a designated healthcare field.

  • Complete the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation General Application.
  • Complete all required supplemental scholarship questions.
  • Submit a personal essay.
  • Upload your transcript.
  • Upload your senior-year class schedule.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation.
