Eligibility

  • Be a graduating high school senior.
  • Plan to enter college or another accredited postsecondary institution during the applicable award year.
  • Have a parent or legal guardian who is a member in good standing of a local union represented by AFSCME Minnesota Council 5.
  • Plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

  • Submit only one application.
  • Meet all membership and graduation eligibility requirements.

How to Apply
