Eligibility

  • Be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying active DACA recipient.
  • Meet the Rhodes Scholarship's current age requirements.
  • Complete an undergraduate degree by July 2027.
  • Meet or exceed the entry requirements for the selected full-time postgraduate course at the University of Oxford.
  • Receive institutional endorsement from the applicant's college or university.
