Red Lake Nation Scholarship

Eligibility

• Meet the applicable Oshkiimaajitahdah Public Law 102-477 Higher Education requirements.
• Provide required Tribal enrollment verification.
• Be pursuing eligible undergraduate or graduate postsecondary education.
• Complete required financial aid and enrollment documentation.

Requirements

• Complete the Application for Education or Training.
• Complete the Public Law 102-477 intake application.
• Complete the appropriate undergraduate or graduate scholarship policy and procedure form.
• Provide identification.
• Provide Tribal enrollment verification.
• Provide high school diploma or GED verification.
• Submit an acceptance letter.
• Provide current FAFSA verification.
• Provide the current class schedule.
• Provide Minnesota Indian Scholarship verification and financial aid budget information when applicable.
• Submit prior college grades or transcripts when applicable.

How to Apply

1. 1Wait for the current academic-year Red Lake Nation Scholarship packet to be released.
2. 2Complete the education or training application and Public Law 102-477 intake form.
3. 3Complete the undergraduate or graduate scholarship policy form.
4. 4Gather Tribal enrollment, education, admission, FAFSA, and class-schedule documentation.
5. 5Complete Minnesota Indian Scholarship requirements when applicable.
6. 6Submit the complete packet to Oshkiimaajitahdah in person, by mail, fax, or approved email method.
