Eligibility

  • Demonstrate Montana residency, graduation from a Montana high school, or strong family or historical ties to Montana.
  • Be enrolled or seeking full-time enrollment at a public, private, or tribal college in Montana.
  • Be studying a vocation or trade such as aviation technology, carpentry, welding, automobile mechanics, plumbing, or another skilled occupation.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Preference is given to nontraditional students.

Requirements

  • Complete the Montana Community Foundation scholarship application.
  • Submit your most recent high school or college transcript.
  • Submit FAFSA Student Aid information.
  • Provide recommendation letter information.
  • Provide required references.
