Eligibility

  • Be a high school senior or college student.
  • Reside in York, Cumberland, Androscoggin, Aroostook, Franklin, Oxford, Penobscot, Piscataquis, or Somerset County.
  • Demonstrate exceptional volunteerism, community building, or youth leadership.

Requirements

  • Submit a 300+ word essay and/or a 3-minute video essay.
  • Describe community, volunteer, or group leadership efforts and their impact.
  • Submit one letter of recommendation from a teacher, advisor, mentor, or instructor.
