Eligibility

  • Be an undergraduate student.
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Attend an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Have completed at least one year, or two semesters, of study toward the qualifying degree.
  • Preference is given to students whose studies are related to water works practice.

Requirements

  • Complete the Patrick S. O’Neale, P.E. Engineering Scholarship application.
  • Provide information confirming enrollment in an eligible Civil or Environmental Engineering program.
  • Document completion of at least two semesters of qualifying undergraduate study.
  • Submit all supporting materials required by the current application.
  • Submit the complete application by June 15.
