Patricia D. “Pat” Connelly Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a graduating senior at Newburyport High School.
• Be accepted for admission at an accredited college or university.
• Embody the spirit of kindness and commitment to giving back to the community and people less fortunate than yourself.

Requirements

• Complete the Patricia D. Connelly Scholarship application.
• Submit a copy of your high school transcript.
• Submit the required autobiographical statement or essay.
• Submit one letter of recommendation.
• Include all materials together with the application.
• Submit the complete package by April 1.

How to Apply

1. 1Confirm that you are a graduating Newburyport High School senior and have been accepted to an accredited college or university.
2. 2Complete the Patricia D. Connelly Scholarship application.
3. 3Obtain a copy of your high school transcript.
4. 4Write the required autobiographical statement or essay.
5. 5Request one strong letter of recommendation.
6. 6Assemble all application materials into one complete package.
7. 7Submit the package to the Patricia D. Connelly Scholarship Committee by April 1.
