Parkview Huntington Spirit of Service Scholarship

Eligibility

• Be a Huntington County student pursuing post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field at an accredited college, university, or technical training institution.
• Students who live outside Huntington County may qualify if they are enrolled at Huntington University.
• Be enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution for the academic year in which the scholarship is awarded.
• Pursue a healthcare-related major, course of study, or technical training program.
• Enroll for the funded academic year or the scholarship award may be revoked.

Requirements

• Complete the Parkview Health Foundation scholarship application.
• Provide information about the applicant's healthcare-related educational program.
• Provide academic and enrollment information.
• Complete any required essays or supplemental questions.
• Submit all requested supporting materials before the published deadline.
