  • Be a Madelia-area student pursuing a career in nursing or a returning student pursuing advanced training in nursing.
  • Be accepted into a diploma or degree program at an accredited trade, associate, or baccalaureate school.
  • Actively volunteer or help others.

  • Complete the Madelia Health Foundation scholarship application.
  • Submit academic verification, diploma, or transcript as applicable.
  • Submit two letters of recommendation.
