Eligibility

  • Be of Hispanic descent.
  • Be a resident of Mississippi for at least one year before applying and initially claiming the award.
  • Be a member of the Mississippi Hispanic Association before applying.
  • High school graduates age 18 or younger must hold Mississippi Hispanic Association membership through a parent.
  • College students age 18 or older must hold an individual Mississippi Hispanic Association membership before applying.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited junior college, college, or university in Mississippi.
  • Have a minimum 2.8 GPA.

Requirements

  • Complete the Paco Rosales Scholarship application.
  • Provide proof of Mississippi Hispanic Association membership or the membership application and fee.
  • Provide proof of enrollment at an eligible Mississippi institution.
  • Provide a transcript showing a minimum 2.8 GPA.
  • Provide a photocopy of a photo ID.

How to Apply
