Eligibility
- Have a personal orsa credit union account opened on or before December 31, 2025 for the 2026 cycle.
- Beneficiary or joint-owner status alone does not satisfy the membership requirement.
- Have applied to or been accepted by an accredited college or university for Fall 2026.
- Attend full-time or part-time.
- Pursue an undergraduate degree.
- Previous scholarship recipients and applicants may reapply if they remain eligible.
- orsa board members, employees, and their family members are not eligible.
Requirements
- Complete the online scholarship application.
- Provide the last four digits of the applicant's personal orsa account number.
- Submit the latest academic transcript.
- Submit a letter of recommendation from someone other than a family member.
- Complete the required application essay response.
