Eligibility

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a Kentucky resident.
  • Be accepted to or enrolled in a participating Doctor of Optometry program.
  • Have no past-due financial obligations to KHEAA or a Title IV federal aid program.

  • Submit official undergraduate transcripts from each institution attended.
