Eligibility

  • Reside within the city of Rochester and an eligible listed ZIP code; a ZIP code alone does not establish city residence.
  • Graduate from high school, plan a STEM concentration at a two- or four-year college, hold at least a 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate unmet financial need.
  • Preference may be given to minority students and those pursuing environmental studies or science degrees.
