Eligibility

  • Graduate from a Cattaraugus County high school, demonstrate financial need, and have at least a 3.0 GPA.
  • Plan a two- or four-year college degree; science fields are preferred but other majors may be considered.
  • Selection gives first preference to minority Olean High School graduates, then female Olean graduates, then graduates of other Cattaraugus County high schools who meet the criteria.
