Eligibility

  • Reside in Jefferson, Lewis, or St. Lawrence County.
  • Be a Purple Heart recipient or a spouse or child of a service member or veteran awarded the Purple Heart.
  • Enter any year of full-time undergraduate study, generally 12 credits per semester.

  • Provide documentation of the Purple Heart award and complete the foundation's application.
