  • Be a graduating college-bound senior who participated in athletics at a Section V school.
  • Receive a nomination from the school's athletic director, coach, or counselor; each school may nominate one male and one female student.
  • Demonstrate strong effort in academics and athletics; financial need may be considered but is not decisive.

  • Ask the school athletic director, coach, or counselor for a nomination and application access code.

How to Apply

  2. 2If nominated, use the access code to apply through the foundation during its December 1–February 28 window.
