Eligibility

  • Be a head-of-household single parent residing in Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, or Yates County.
  • Be accepted into a degree or certificate program at a college, university, vocational, technical, business, or graduate school.
  • Have at least a 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and show clear educational goals and commitment.
