Eligibility

  • Be a high school senior in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, or Saratoga County planning a four-year college or university.
  • Be of African or African American descent and demonstrate exemplary character and outstanding achievement.
  • Previous recipients may reapply for renewal consideration.

Requirements

  • Complete the foundation universal scholarship application.
  • Prepare an unofficial transcript, recommendation letter, and resume or activity list; submit all required attachments.
