Eligibility

  • Graduate from Brocton, Cassadaga, Chautauqua Lake, Dunkirk, Forestville, Fredonia, Pine Valley, Ripley, Silver Creek, or Westfield.
  • Have at least a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be accepted into a college RN program.

Requirements

  • Have guidance complete GPA certification, and send the form, transcript, and an essay of 500 words or fewer to guidance for school selection and forwarding to NCCF.
