Eligibility

  • Published 2026 criteria: lived in Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus or Allegany before college, or have resided there for at least one year; study outside Western New York is allowed.
  • Published 2026 form: woman at fourth-year college level or above, cumulative GPA of at least 3.7 over the last seven semesters or 3.5 years, and accredited fall enrollment.
  • Previous Olga Lindberg recipients are ineligible under the published 2026 rules.

Requirements

  • Published 2026 packet: official transcripts from every college, two academic recommendations, an essay about advancing equality for women and girls, and activities/service history.
  • Sponsor FAQ: only one academic award annually; incomplete submissions disqualify; enrollment proof precedes payment.
