Eligibility

  • Be the spouse or child of a U.S. Armed Forces member permanently stationed in Nevada who was identified as a prisoner of war or declared missing in action while performing military duties.
  • Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
  • Use the waiver within the applicable ten-year eligibility period.
  • Attend an eligible Nevada state-supported institution and program.
