Eligibility
- Maintain a permanent New Jersey address.
- Be enrolled or previously enrolled at a New Jersey ProStart high school.
- Pursue culinary arts or a related culinary field at an accredited college, university, or trade school.
- Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Requirements
- Submit high school or college transcripts.
- Provide proof of admission to an eligible institution.
- Submit a resume that includes the college major.
- Write a 500–1,000 word essay responding to one of the published prompts.
