  • Be a Niobrara Electric Association member or dependent of an NEA member.
  • Live primarily in an NEA service-territory residence.
  • Meet current NEA scholarship eligibility requirements.
  • Applicants may receive Niobrara Electric scholarships a maximum of two times.
