Eligibility

  • Have New Mexico Tribal affiliation.
  • Be a New Mexico resident.
  • Hold a high school diploma or recognized high school equivalency credential by the time of award.
  • Be accepted for full-time undergraduate enrollment at an eligible bordering-state institution with an in-state tuition agreement.
  • Priority is given to New Mexico high school graduates.
