Eligibility

  • Be an eligible dependent child or surviving spouse of a qualifying New Jersey resident affected by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

  • Complete the World Trade Center Scholarship application in NJFAMS.
  • Provide relationship and qualifying-victim documentation.
