Eligibility

  • Be an established member of Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union.
  • Have the qualifying NEFCU account in the applicant's own name and Social Security number.
  • Maintain a C average or higher through the end of the most recent academic semester.
  • Plan to attend or currently attend an accredited college, junior college, vocational school, technical school, or business school.
  • Not have previously received an NEFCU scholarship.

Requirements

  • Complete and sign the official NEFCU scholarship application.
  • Provide a transcript showing a C average or higher.
  • Complete the required personal essay.
  • Provide requested information concerning educational and career goals.
