Eligibility

  • Have qualifying prior involvement with a Nebraska Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center under current program rules.
  • Meet the applicable high school diploma or GED pathway requirements after YRTC discharge.
  • Be a Nebraska resident student.
  • Enroll as an undergraduate at an eligible Nebraska postsecondary institution.
  • Complete the FAFSA.
  • Meet applicable U.S. citizenship or lawful-status requirements.
