Requirements
- Complete and sign the NACO scholarship application.
- Submit a seven-semester high school transcript.
- Submit an essay of no more than 250 words on the importance of county government in Nebraska.
- Submit an essay of no more than 250 words explaining career plans and future goals.
- Submit two personal reference letters from non-family members.
- Submit the application by the published postmark deadline.
