Eligibility

  • Parent or guardian has a full-time primary residence within NDTC exchanges and currently subscribes to NDTC telecommunications services.
  • Accepted and registered for the upcoming fall at an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school.
  • Children of NDTC employees are ineligible; special circumstances may be considered.

Requirements

  • Prepare essay responses, seven-semester transcript with GPA/class rank, ACT scores, achievements/activities and a school official or teacher reference.
  • March6,2026 was the previous closing date; 2027 final deadline not published. Confirm new packet requirements when it opens.
