Eligibility

  • First priority: Bismarck-Mandan-area students in the third or fourth year of dentistry.
  • If none apply, dental students from elsewhere in North Dakota may be considered.
  • Only if no eligible dental applicants remain, medicine students may be considered, first Bismarck-Mandan then statewide.

Requirements

  • Standing January 1–April 1 window has no dated next-cycle confirmation.
  • Verify geography, study level and fallback eligibility with NDCF; medical students are not an equal-priority applicant pool.
  • Current amount, GPA, materials and renewal require confirmation.
