Eligibility

  • Legal North Dakota resident who has lost at least one legal parent or guardian.
  • Will graduate from an ND high-school/GED program, or is currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade program.
  • Preference for business, finance, accounting or a professional trade.

Requirements

  • Standing application window January1–April1; no dated2027 launch confirmed.
  • Students may reapply each year; repeated awards are not guaranteed.
  • Confirm application materials in the NDCF portal.
